Spare Tire Options
2006-2009 Cadillac STS-V models require a 6x115 mm wheel and spare tire size that we do not have a solution for.
We've provided (spare tire only) fitment options below, but a spare wheel with the correct diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and hub size would be needed separately.
A spare wheel might be found at a used parts store from the same vehicle type.
Another more DIY approach would be to find a wheel from another vehicle with matching wheel specifications.

Note: For owners of 2005-2007 STS, 2008-2011 STS, 2005-2007 18 Inch Wheel, 2008-2011 18 Inch Wheel, 2005-2007 18 Inch Wheel/Brembo Brake, or 2008-2011 18 Inch Wheel/Brembo Brake versions .
Verified Fitment
This 18" spare will work with your OEM 18" wheels. A vehicle can have a different wheel size than the spare and work properly.

My vehicle has different tire sizes on the front and rear, will the spare work for both? In this case yes. If there was an issue with a staggered fitment then either the issue will be addressed in the description, or you will not find a listing on our site for that specific vehicle option.
