Geo Metro Spare Tire Sizes

The Geo Metro has used a 4x114mm (4 x 4.5") bolt pattern for all models from 1989 to 1997 along with tire diameters ranging from 21.1" to 22.8" tall. Using a temporary spare tire with a diameter close to the standard tire has many benefits, especially for modern vehicle applications. Tire diameter as well as wheel diameter clearance have been taken into account for the specific Geo Metro years and options. In this case, 115/70R15 and 125/70R16 spare tire sizes are used to avoid vehicle components while closely matching the original tire size diameters.
