1989-1993 Hyundai Sonata Spare Tire

Spare Tire Options

1989-1993 Hyundai Sonata models including GLS versions require a 4x4.5" (114.3 mm) wheel and spare tire size that we do not have a solution for.

We've provided (spare tire only) fitment options below, but a spare wheel with the correct diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and hub size would be needed separately. A spare wheel might be found at a used parts store from the same vehicle type.

Another more DIY approach would be to find a wheel from another vehicle with matching wheel specifications. You can find a list of vehicles with the same bolt pattern, lug type, lug thread, and hub size at least as big

Frequently Asked Questions

Not all Sonata cars in this year range look the same, does this spare work for mine? Yes. There was a facelift redesign in 1991 that changed the look of the car, but it makes no difference to the spare tire selection. As long as you've selected the Sonata matching yours, then this is the correct spare.
