A 145/65R20 spare size is within the accepted tolerance range for temporary use with all OEM tire diameters for this Lexus generation.
The overall tire height (not the wheel size) is the consideration for the spare tire fitment. The 20" spare wheel is then chosen for proper fitment and not interfere with the brake or suspension system. This is regardless of the OEM wheel option that came on the vehicle.
