2020-2026 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class SUV Coupe models (GLE 350, GLE 350e, GLE 450, GLE 580, etc.) including 4MATIC versions require a 5x112 mm wheel and spare tire size that we do not have a solution for.
We've provided (spare tire only) fitment options below, but a spare wheel with the correct diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and hub size would be needed separately.
A spare wheel might be found at a used parts store from the same vehicle type.
Another more DIY approach would be to find a wheel from another vehicle with matching wheel specifications.

This 19" spare will work with the OEM 20", 21" or 22" wheels. The wheel has been chosen for clearance and the tire has been matched for diameter.
