1992-1999 Volkswagen Golf VR6 Spare Tire

Spare Tire Options

1992-1999 Volkswagen Golf VR6 models require a 5x100 mm wheel and spare tire size that we do not have a solution for.

We've provided (spare tire only) fitment options below, but a spare wheel with the correct diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and hub size would be needed separately. A spare wheel might be found at a used parts store from the same vehicle type.

Another more DIY approach would be to find a wheel from another vehicle with matching wheel specifications. You can find a list of vehicles with the same bolt pattern, lug type, lug thread, and hub size at least as big

Note: For owners of Standard Golf, GTI, or GTI VR6 versions .

Frequently Asked Questions

Why would there be more than one year range choice for my Golf? In 1992 the older MK2 chassis and the new MK3 where both sold. Also in 1999 the MK3 and the newer MK4 were sold together. The VR6 has different specs than other models. You'll need to choose the specific year range and model for your vehicle.
